History
Enovit was founded
in 1980 by Franco Bianconi and Danilo Coletto, enologysts and,
in 2000, it was renamed as NUOVAENOVIT srl.
The idea of a Mobile
Bottling line came out from the observation that Tuscany’s
productive environment was composed by several small
agricoltural companies which had always produced good quality
wine bottled in small quantities with a national limited market
share.
The only way to
survive in this market was to change that production system into
something more effective by improving their products appeal, but
this would have required investments in acquiring machines and
training the staff. Those investments not only would have been
higher than company’s capability but more they were not
justified because of the limited use during the year. For this
reason we thought to offer this service in order to evaluating
and cutting expenses and to let money and staff stay focussed on
the company’s core business.
