Production steps

After a little bit of setup, the job can start. Our customer’s employees insert bottle into the bottling line from the pallets put on the truck floor (better using a transpallett).

Our staff will take care of the next steps, working with the machines, while bottles packing and removing is our customer’s task (remember to prepare boxes before the bottling starts).

  • Accident-prevention Guards setup

  • Machines setup according to HACCP self-control procedure

  • Filters and filling machine sanitization

  • Bottle RINSING (only new bottles)

  • Wine will be Sucked directly from the tanks, and will pass through the filters, going directly to the filling machine. This will create a closed circuit witch won’t allow accidental product contaminatio.

  • Corking (just before corking there is an injection of N2 or Co2 for levelling the product inside the bottle)

  • Labelling

  • General cleaning and machine sanitization
