Bottling line specifications
New machines are now available:
Our machines are Biological Wine compliant
All the machines stays on a truck:

FILTERING machine for wine: plate filter presses, hausing with polypropylene cartridge or microfiltration
cartridge

HOT WATER GENERATOR: for machines cleaning and
sterilization

RINSING machine: water used (sterilized by
microfiltration) is added with sulphur dioxide on request
(residual water on the bottle ~1 ml)

FILLING machine: Isobaric or with light vacuum (which
ensure no air into the tank so no oxidation,
contamination or reduction in aromas)

CORKING machine: for naural/syntetic/screw-cap with
no-pressure system.

CAPSULING and SLEEKING machine: with 4-6 heads Roller
for TIN and heatshrink capsuling heads for polylaminate

LABELLING machine: mixed devices for glue and/or
self-sticking label (front/back and other small labels)
Production steps
After a little bit of setup, the job can start. Our customer’s
employees insert bottle into the bottling line from the pallets
put on the truck floor (better using a transpallett).
Our staff will take care of the next steps, working with the
machines, while bottles packing and removing is our customer’s
task (remember to prepare boxes before the bottling starts).

Wine
will be Sucked directly from the tanks, and will pass
through the filters, going directly to the filling machine.
This will create a closed circuit witch won’t allow
accidental product contaminatio.

Corking (just before corking there is an injection of N2 or
Co2 for levelling the product inside the bottle)
